My time in insurance within fintech saw me designing in a large variety of projects spanning short timeframes in a highly regulated sector.
This helped me build my agile designing skills massively, while learning to balance business viability with the highest consideration for our end user. In this summary I share a few of my highlights within insurance.

For this phase, we focused on the variable that encompasses most new user-facing screens and got to redesigning the ‘Claim’ flow. Ironically enough, we got rid of the word ‘claim’ from the entire flow post redesign.
